7-day returns

If something isn't right, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

How to return

• Email mininepal.login@gmail.com with your order number.
• We'll arrange a pickup or share a return address.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed.

Refund timeline

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as incense and edible products (tea, honey) cannot be returned unless damaged on arrival.
